Meet Justina Fiorella

With a deep-rooted passion for patient connection, Justina brings both heart and hustle to her role as Patient Care Coordinator. Originally from the rural farming town of Morris, Minnesota, she was raised with a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for
community—values she brings to every patient interaction.

After earning her Business Management degree from St. Cloud State University, Justina spent several years in the travel and tourism industry as a consultant, manager, and trainer. She eventually followed her passion into healthcare, where she’s worked in physical therapy, pharmacy, and now audiology—each step reinforcing her love for patient care and personal connection.

Her background has given her a strong sense of organization, empathy, and the ability to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced setting. Justina strives to be a warm, supportive presence for every patient who walks through the door.

Now living in Palisade with her husband and two giant goofy dogs, she enjoys hiking, time on the water, camping, and live music. A lifelong hockey player and the youngest of four sisters—all with “J” names—she also holds the quirky distinction of having learned to play the saw from her grandfather.

Justina is excited to continue growing in the hearing healthcare world and looks forward to helping patients feel heard, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
