Terry Jacobson is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of High Desert Hearing Center and a proud Grand Junction native with more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and business management.

Driven by a passion for serving the Western Colorado community, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives exceptional, compassionate care from their very first interaction with the practice. Terry believes that outstanding hearing healthcare extends beyond technology. It begins with building trust, fostering meaningful relationships, and creating an experience where patients and their families feel supported every step of the way.

As Managing Partner, Terry oversees the practice’s business operations, strategic growth, physician partnerships, and community outreach. Working alongside the clinical leadership team, she is committed to advancing High Desert Hearing Center’s mission of delivering personalized, patient centered hearing healthcare throughout Western Colorado.

Giving back has always been an important part of Terry’s philosophy. She actively supports local organizations, educational programs, and community events throughout the Grand Valley. She believes that investing in the community is just as important as caring for the patients who live in it.

Outside of work, Terry enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exploring new places, snowshoeing, golfing, and making the most of everything Western Colorado has to offer.
